Aloe vera pulp is the translucent, mucilaginous inner leaf gel derived from the fleshy leaves of Aloe barbadensis Miller — the most commercially significant species within the 500+ strong Aloe genus. The plant is cultivated extensively in the arid and semi-arid regions of Rajasthan and Gujarat, where low rainfall, well-drained soils, and abundant sunshine create optimal conditions for high polysaccharide accumulation in the inner leaf tissue.
The primary bioactive constituent of aloe vera pulp is acemannan, a long-chain acetylated polymannose that has demonstrated documented activity in immune modulation, wound healing, and gastrointestinal function. Beyond acemannan, the pulp contains a complex matrix of vitamins (B12, C, E), minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc), enzymes (bradykinase, catalase), amino acids, and anthraquinones — the latter carefully controlled to non-toxic levels in food and cosmetic grade products.
Our aloe vera pulp undergoes cold stabilisation processing immediately post-harvest — within 4 to 6 hours of leaf cutting — to preserve the full bioactive spectrum. The pulp is decolourised using activated carbon filtration to remove aloin, then preserved using food-grade preservatives, and quality-tested before export in refrigerated containers.

We implement immediate, rapid cold-processing protocols right after harvesting the leaves to stop oxidation. The gel is stabilized using certified, minimal food-grade preservatives to retain natural enzymes.
We offer two distinctly managed product streams: a highly clarified Cosmetic Grade optimized for topicals/skincare, and a Food Grade optimized for functional health juices and supplements.
We ship in food-grade, airtight, heavy-duty HDPE drums (typically 200 kg) or smaller 20-25 kg containers configured with protective aseptic liners.
Our gel is a completely smooth, homogeneous liquid extract. Our pulp features carefully crushed, inner-leaf fleshy pieces (cubes/dicers), designed to add texture to commercial beverages.
Yes, every export shipment is backed by a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) confirming the complete absence of heavy metals, pesticides, and unwanted aloin contaminants.
